Since the Day of Spooks is fast approaching. eBlog has decided to start the Halloween Madness. From This Day to Nov.2 We shall celebrate by exchanging Ghost Stories, in fact I've got a lot on my own. Lets talk (and maybe explore) about the creepy places in Cebu City. Lets Visit the most haunted floors of rumored-to-be-haunted hospitals.
